Dear Bunmi,

For close to five years of my life now. I have being into chronic masturbation. I come from a christian background which makes me feel bad after each act. I have tried every possible advice on the internet but nothing. Just after a month I return to my very old self.I visit porn site a lot which might contribute to the masturbation.But is masturbation really bad?
