SOS from kogi civil servants. Our salaries have been witheld by bello. We have been forced to open accounts in zenith and access. We don't have access to the accounts. No atm no cheque book. We are been harassed and being detained by DSS and kept in underground cells to force us to confess to matters we know nothing about. Please save our souls Governor bell while you spend our money on birthday celebrations.

Happy birthday to my Governor..unfortunately I cant smile with him because I didn't get my salaries after working so hard, while some people are receiving 3 months salaries.

Please beg him for us. He has collected over 40 billion in the past 5 months but he has refused to pay us. First he said he was screening us, now he says he has pond new accounts for us in zenith and access without our consent and knowledge. You will get alert of salary paid to the new account but when you go there, the account is empty or has less money. We are helpless and be boning hopeless. God please touch bello heart.
