Still trying hard to find my state, can someone provide me with binoculars? The West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WAEC) has just released its performance chart for May/June 2015 exams. Fact: No northern state, not even in the central shall be above any state in the East in matters concerning education. |

That word Performance is quite misleading. The best word there would have been Examination Rigging. |
