- what do I do to gain weight. Am d noodles eating type and I get easily constipated when I eat too much. Dh is of d opinion that I take more "natural pap", bt me dey fear as I Neva do fp.

- can I give my 5months old biscuits?
- my right wrist has been hurting a month after birth. (had emmergency cs) dunno wat to do again

mzfunshy hw r u doin mam..let me skip to d 3rd questn...u r experiencin wat is called carpal tunnel syndrome...its lik a sprain in d wrist..i had it wt my first baby too nd d pain is out of dis world..i only manage it by massagin bt it left suddenly afta 3mnths...u can use bandage to wrap d wrist nd avoid lifting heavy tins wt d hand..it wil go in due time..to d oda questns..oda mamas wil contribute bt i dnt tink pap helps wt gaining weight o bt y not read lik 3pages bck nd see suggestions by mamas abt weight again..takia nd kisses to ur angel.

The ratio of formulae to water is 1:30. That is 1 scoop to 30mls of water. So for 3 scoops it wld be 90mls not 105. Its better u remove the .5, as u won't be able to get that exactly. I ll suggest u start wt 60 or 90 mls, then gradually increase as ur baby gets used to d milk, so u don't waste milk. well done mama.

Please mamas, my 9months old who eats anything just started refusing all foods since 5days ago, he stores the food in his mouth and won't swallow it but wants to be breastfeed only and it's now affecting his weight, this is getting me frustrated any idea of what to do please?

As long as she is a toddler..she can take Dano nd one tin i luv abt d milk is..it has no smell..hmm.i hate d smell..its stronger in Realmilk..so my whole family tak it.all d best mam.

Mama Pele o,sorry about d wrist,we are in d same both together,mine started a week after delivery(my baby is 5 months already bt d pain is still fresh).d tin nor b here.I learnt it stops after one has weaned baby.try n b massaging with balm and bandage it at bedtime,these are wat have been helping me manage d pain daily as adviced here.let's see how it goes, hopefully it will soon b a tin of d past.for d other questions no idea pls other mamas dat ve will torchlite it.takecare

Mama, when my baby was nine months old, she refuses to eat especially her milk, we later discover it's becos of teeth, after a week her first teeth came out, even now,she is 10months old, her appetite hasn't return fully becos the second teeth is coming out. What I do is to give her little of everything I eat, I give a noodles with carrot,greenbeans,fish,egg yolk.custard with fruits,yogurt, introduce other food to him.Give him food bit by bit.

Pls mama's when using red acalypha water to bathe lo, should I mix it with clean water to get enough for bathing or I should just use it to rinse lo's body after bathing?

Oh sorry I m just seeing this( u didn't spell my moniker well). For ur weight, y do u want to gain weight? Just eat healthy, and be happy.
Wait till 6months before giving ur lo biscuit. Sorry abt ur hand. U can massage it wt any topical analgesic.

It seems I was carried away with baby and forgot myself. I was playing around with hubby and we dry humped. I started feeling pains unDer there. Now I took a good look which I haven't since like 5 weeks now and it's like my perineum is opened/healed open. And I got stitches when I delivered o. What happened? I don't know what to do. I'm really scared and angry. I feel a great anger and unforgiveness towards the hospital I had my baby. She was so small. Why all these complications? When women like me have bigger babies without issues. From pile to this. My 2weeks postpartum visit, they never checked it to know if it was healing correctly. Now it is open and I can even see clotted blood there.

Can my vagina ever be normal again? This is 8weeks pp ooo.

I am so locking up if God can save me this time

Glad to know that your baby's navel is being attended to. I wish her all the best, whatever mode of treatment is decided.

Sorry to hear about your perineum not healing.
No point getting angry with the hospital for now. Your focus should be to get yourself healed properly (Why cry over spilt milk?, mop of the spill and salvage wwhat milk you can before you start beating the person that spilled it) .

Every woman and every birth is different so dont compare your delivery with others just priase God that you and baby are fine(mostly). I am sure there are worst things that could have gone wrong than a perineum that hasnt healed properly ( dont get me wrong i am not belittling your experience i just want you to move on from your anger and focus on the positives) .

I would suggest you go see a gyneacologist preferably in a different hospital ASAP, for them to assess you and let you know what the next step would be.
In the meantime try to avoid any form of constipation so that passing stool is not any more painful than it needs to be. Also be alert to any form of incontinence that may occur. We all know sneezing or even laughter can cause oops moments. and take steps to wear pantiliners or pads as required for any little accidents.

Mrs heavyg pls don't feel bad. Everything happens for a reason. we all have different body shapes and sozes, I pushed my lo out with a very big tear almost to my anus but geuss what he weighed? 2.3kg. I felt bad but I also looked at the positives. As for kpekus I was so conscious of the tear I had and how painful the healing process was, I resumed at exactly 6 months pp. Just get yourself checked and know the next line of action
