Accordinding to earlier research, men were known to determine the gender of a child but current studies as shown that some women cant carry or get pregnant with either a male or a female child.

I myself have came a across a lady that told me she cant get pregnant with a male child that the doctor told her that her body fights the Y chromosomes because her body sees the Y chromo as a foriegn body
