Obviously that is as much as you know( quoting the Constitution). Civil procedural law gives EFCC the power ti investigate which it is doing now. Even if no prosecution can follow now due to his immunity, EFCC is bound to do anything to protect the "res" from destruction. The res means the subject matter in contention, which in this case is the funds in the account.

Enough is enough for the pdp party I do hope APC and all other parties should come together to sit on the roundtable and discuss how Nigeria will better for the citizens
