He came to measure it o, climbed the roof and took measurements, he gave a quotation comprising his own charges, special nails and materials they use, the different sizes of sheets, I think the thickness is 0.55mm cos no matter how intense the sun is outside, the interior is always cool, I mean always even without opening windows nd even b4 POP, that's one thing I like about the roofing material and u can't find this type in the market except from the factory they get it from,(I stand to be corrected though) dey don't sell this type in bundles. Its aluminium Long span.

Just check the plan, the roof offset is 600mm from the wall.

If my mom wasn't here with me right now studying the Bible, I would have thought she's the one typing to me, this is the ONLY criticism she has too, accessing the kitchen from the 3 bedrooms without passing thru the living room, in her voice, it could av been a perfect design....lol

There was a day we were both looking at possible solutions to that problem, cos I was impressed she brot that up, but its already late.

In case of emergency, one could have easily made that linkage as an escape route, some things have changed on that plan sef, like the door to the store is now located opposite the kitchen door, deres a small window facing the kitchen window for illumination.

If we are to recrify this, what suggestions do you have?

No wahala, im always here, I'll be handling a 4 bedroom duplex very soon, im still at the design stage, will create a thread once im done, my client is in Leeds.

You could swap the position of the kitchen with the 4th bedroom and knock a door from dinning to access the kitchen and knock a door on the left of the kitchen with a corridor leading to the rooms and then rearrange the store area. This is just academic. You are doing well.
