EFCC commited no blunder.
They have the right to investigate any politically immune individual after obtaining an ex-parte court order. No bank will take orders from EFCC without the order. All Fayose's boys want is to engage EFCC in dirty media fights to show the world the ex-parte court order. But EFCC is wiser. He has threaten to go to court, let him go there.

EFCC doesn't need to publish the court order before acting, that's why it is a ex-parte order. It will be childish to start publishing court orders in this case just to silent Fayose. If he want to see the Order, he should go to court
