The young girl wore a dress slightly above her knee. That was her offense. The randy and Hot touts at the motor park descended on her allegedly trying to seduce them. They kept pulling her panties until it tore all in a bid to UnCloth her. Even when one of the touts had a rethink and bundled the girl into a bus for safety, The other touts dragged her down and continued the assault.
