just follow the prompt, dial *777# then select 1, select 1 again, then 2 and finally 3. your sub should be done. go to mobile settings and change your APN to gloflat, username and password : flat

this forum is for BB10 devices...9700 is not a BB10 device.

that said, Facebook for BlackBerry app for legacy and BB10 devices have been phased out. mobile facebook on your browser is the solution

There are two ways to solve this simple ish.

1. connect to a any wi fi network, simply ask a friend to share through Hotspots and try again, before you know it, problem solved.

2. Simply subscribe to 10mb which cost #100, and try it again, works like a charm.

Note: I've experience this, so i know what i am talking about.
