Mehn! The discomfort is outta the world. You re not alone teamie, to stand up from the bed, I'd just roll from side to side. Sometimes, dh has to carry me up when he's around. Contractions are frequent too; it was so intense today that I felt labour has started but it stopped after an hour. Guess it was the peppersoup I drank.
It's worth the stress jor!

Wish Baby March a Happy 3months. hmmm 3months of sleepless nights, 3months of exclusive breastfeeding, 3months of my motherhood... it's just 3months but seems like 3years. 3months down, forever to go.

She's a madam now, all those sleepless nights are part of motherhood package. I used to cry few days after mine was born because I was alone at night and the operation also something else and tell myself, I can't, this is too much but its now a distant memory. Enjoy your daughter and may the pecks of motherhood deal with you. cheesy

Na now you wan start to drink hot warra kikikikikiki. I had same experience, just when you think you are done blee ding and chilaxing the thing go show again. It may have something to do with not drinking hot water not sure cos me no drink too. The hot water actually helps to wash out everything especially during those early days after birth.

For exclusive BF for twins, it's very possible. It depends on some factors tho such as your nature of job, if you have enough assistance and for a considerable long time too and your own inner strength. ... My Aunty neighbour used a breast pump sha...so anybody could feed them.

Maybe light exercising will help but I checked google they said if you bleed too much it means your straining your body, I stopped doing some stuff but I think I will start pushing myself so the blood can come and stop from flowing. Tbh I am fed up.....thank God libido is not in my books.

After Atinuke, lochia stopped at around the 2nd to 3rd week. Then I heard about MiL's death at the 6th week and it started all over again for like a week, it was heavy and red, just like period byt then it stopped and didnt get my period till 6months postpartum.

Pls mamas, for someone place on strict bed rest, how do dey bath, poo, urinate, eat, dress up. I am jez thinking aloud cos I read here that no standing up except in extreme cases. pls pardon my ignorance

You stay in bed to eat, someone will have to wait on you.
You stand up for toilet runs and maybe a bath ( not warm water o) once in a while.
Dress up? Where you dey go na?
Dont cook.....as in dont go near hot stove at all.
