Anyways I'm doing great o... 15 weeks and 5 days today!!
2nd trimester has been good to me so far. Went to the hospital to register for ANC & next appointment is July 21st. My appetite is better and I can see a lil bump.

Constipation is still a constant factor but taking Orange and Green Garden eggs makes it a lot easier to poop. I also had to stop eating at nights cos I feel very bloated afterwards, so I do late evening meals like 5pm max.

EDD - 13th December (I hope I don't end up porting to November...lol)

ok, I'm done for now...off to watch THE VOICE NIGERIA

Present my able captain, we are 19 weeks plus but scan is showing 21 weeks apparently baby is growing bigger than his age. Yes we are team blue FiyinfunJah(Give praise to Jehovah) is a boy.
I don't really feel his kicks because the placenta is in anterior position.
In all it that been a wonderful and stress-free journey so far, we give praise to Jehovah.
May Jehovah continue to be with us all and make the journey even more easier for us.

to all the waddling mamas , pele , it is well. Just keep holding on to the end reward of your babies in your arms and the strength to endure will surely come. You guys are making me jealous. .lol...and I still have a long way to go Kikkikiki.

on the issue of still births , I also knew a lady that lost 7.it was after the last one that had managed to get to 9mths , all the others died at 7mths , it was discovered that she was Rh negative and needed some injections to be taken before getting pregnant. so I do think it is related to blood issues and you know our doctors rarely take this issues seriously unless you persist. It is well. Let's keep praying for all our friends and colleagues and any pregnant women you see on the streets for God to take them successfully to the end and direct them to the right medical personnel.

I also know someone like that. Lost 2 @nine months. She has 2 now but had them brought out my elective CS @ 35wks. In her case they said placental insufficiency.
So may be ur neighbour can consider bringing out earlier in subsequent preg. Very painful, may God give her one that will stay. She should be prayerful too.

I need answers too....My mum's tenant have had 3 of such experience. She births the babies already dead from the womb. Someone said her womb secretes hot fluids that kills the babies but she is yet to seek medical explanation/solution.

One medical explanation I know, irrespective of the time in the pregnancy that the death happens, is blood clotting disorders. She prolly should test to see if she's positive for antiphospholipid antibodies to help diagnose the syndrome. Then maybe get on serious blood thinners (not just baby aspirin) for subsequent pregnancies and stay on them until she gives birth. Basically, these cause blood clots in the placenta at any stage, cutting the babe's supply of oxygen, proteins and all. I don't know a lot of Naija women who complain of recurrent missed miscarriages, that bother to test for this APS thingy and even auto-immune disorders. Most just go on to try again, and leave the health of their babes to fate. Perhaps, it's their docs that do not know how to attempt the issue.

The injection work wonders o! For 5 days, no vomiting o! Mild nausea that I can tolerate but no vomiting! Took the injection on monday! But today mehn, the vomiting come back in full force leaving me feeling so miserable! Na only God de help person.

Since today my head aches and I feel kinda of dizzy. In church I just couldn't get myself. And my DH instead of supporting kept upsetting me. I feel so awful. One lady I met in keke today was only stressing that eeh you people make pregnancy to look like sickness,that's it's God's blessing just because I asked her to shift for me to enterooo. People can be so annoying. How I wish my baby should just come tonite. I need someone to cuddle and hold. Wish my family live in the same state.

Moyo used a cream overall and butter coloured sleep suit then changed to white Tees and dark blue shorts.
Maimunat wore the same overall and sleepsuit and then changed into a white and baby pink gown.
Not compulsory.

Dis talk of still births has really put fear into me oooo noticed since last nite dat my LO's mvmt has drastically reduced was contemplating waiting till wensday which is anc buh as it is first tin 2mao I'm heading to the hospital.

She said she noticed the baby was no longer moving then went to the hospital only to be told the baby was died.

Thanks for responding to my call, I actually saw a white naming dress yesterday and am nt too cool with it. I do like white gown on baby girls though bt am thinking it ll look somehow on baby boys. I guess I ll look at other nice colours or do d white combination.
