Mamas plz I av a question, I had an argument with some colleagues in d office today and ll like to know u guys opinion. Is it compulsory for one to wear white cloth for baby during naming ceremony?

It depends on d individual not compulsory 'IMO' though...

Blessedmum, I didn't like the white naming outfits I was seeing for boys in the market too, 'fishy' looking things, some of them were even made with satin. angry

My daughter wore a cream dress with headband for her own and it was nice. For this baby, I eventually got a simple white cotton romper that came with a cap. Even then, I intend to change him into a top and denim dungarees once we are done with the main ceremony.
