If I, a toddler in 1984 who only grew to read about the hardship at the time didn't vote Buhari in 2015, then all those who did witness the situation and yet voted him in are incurable f00LS.

Just negodu headline back then, yet people like Elrufai and Amaechi kept campaigning for him. God will punish all of them.angry
But we warned them but they said it does not matter. One guy even said he prefers badluck to goodluck.

You people are NOT ok at all. Ok let's use your logic of increase in bread price. According to the Picture Buhari left it at 70k right?
So how come it increased to N220? Who has been increasing it all this while?

Bottom line, bread is one particular commodity that has NEVER been stagnant for as long as I can remember in Nigeria.
I remember quite well that bread was N150 just about 5 years ago. Wait a minute, who was in power then when it increased to N220?

What a shame, poor thinking faculty!!! shocked shocked

History always repeats itself because humans are very poor at keeping records.

A feeling of de javu.

Nothing has really changed. As it was in 1984, so is it in 2016.

[s]May God continue to guide you PMB. We are solidly behind you. God know why he keeps bringing u to us especially just after the nation is always at the brink of economic collapse. God never makes mistakes, He brought you to us cos HE knows you are what we need to move on as a nation and a people under the claws of Bad leaders of the last administration. By making Boko Haram alone less stronger and so incapacitated to launch attacks therby making people feel more safe from Boko Haram is a great one. What's life without security and to live in fear all the time?

As a people, we are safer today under you from BH, it will take people to ggo to North East to see how you are appreciated for bringing peace to them. Even we in Abuja are safer and as such, ride on sir. When peace is achieved and terror cleared, development albeit gradual but steady shall come. God bless PMB. I had rather buy rice for 14k and fuel for 145 and feel secure than to live in fear of being bombed by some terrorist while at the motor park like so many that lost their lives in the last administration. I feel more secured today under PMB from BH, that alone gives me peace and I know its time, things will be good, I see it, I feel it for God gave us PMB and God never makes a mistake. GOD bless u PMB...just ride on sir, we are solidly behind you[/s].
indeed, buhari can keep deceiving himself of defeating boko haram by suppressing the news of boko haram activities in the media. Boko haram are very much still active.. Infact what we have now are boko haram plus fulani herdsmen.. So much for making you feel less secured today.. Rubbish

Depends on the kinda bread.. Agege Bread is sold for N70.. While Tantalizers bread goes for N250. Quality of bread in 1984 is far lower than what we have now.. besides they were not safe because such harmful chemicals as bromate were still vital ingredients.

Now N10,000 can't fill my tank as against the N5k I use to fill my thank a year ago!
Oga Buhari should consider employing Dr Okonjo Iwuala and possibly Pat Utomi and Soludo to run this Economy.

Notice there's a method to those criticizing Buhari here. They'll post an anti-Buhari article and within seconds members of that group would troop in with their support. I sometimes think they're an organized group, possibly ordered from the #PDPHouseOfHunger to tarnish Buhari's name, but they won't succeed.. The Buhari is a terrorist didn't work, ...the Buhari will Islamize Nigeria didn't work, etc. They're masters in failure. This is a strategy they've used before the elections and it didn't work. If they've learnt anything at all, they'd have jettisoned this strategy because it does not work.
.
We're million times better with Buhari than their tin god who lacks any leaderships skills.
.
I repeat, a sleeping Buhari is better than a dozen Jonathans.

How could some Nigerians allow history to repeat itself? They said thunder doesn't strike twice, but with the second advent of Buhari I'll have to disagree.

May God deliver Nigeria.

I just remembered this administration celebrated a certain Naira/Yuan swap deal, hailing it as the best thing after Jollof rice and dodo.

Is it still on? Why the silence on it?

going by the caption, bread was sold at 10K when he took power..he probably promised a 2-5 kobo reduction cuz the caption says "....now bread of 10k is 70k"

The 'k' there is kobo. So bread was 10kobo then, which he promised to bring down, unfortunately it went up to 70kobo (less than N1). The days when a brand new 504 saloon car goes for less than N3,000
