Monday Judgment : From the federal high court Justice Abang, who ordered that Uche Ogah who came second in the PDP primary should be immediately sworn in as governor agreed in his judgment that information in the tax clearance certificate presented by Ikpeazu to the party during the governorship primaries in the state was false.

Nigerian Politics is getting intresting. Gov Ikpeazu should obey the rule of law. He is not the first Gov to ve been asked by Court to vacate his seat. It happened to Senator Andy Uba who was Gov. For just 17days after wasting enough resources during campaing. It happened to Ngige even after 3yrs in power.
Meanwhile a higher court in Abuja has ordered him to vacate his seat and he is still quoting a lower court from Abia.
I expect the chief Judge of the State to do the needful. Even if it means swearing him in any venue apart from Govt house.

Diversionary tactic. You fool only the uninitiated. PDP can't dim its prospects in Abia more than a year after elections.

Abia north has ruled Abia state since 1999 and may not be too keen on this court imbroglio.

We know Ikpeazu stepped on the toes of the Fulani when his state he governs said no to cattle grazing bill, resuscitated Bakassi boys fo security after Fulani killed somebody in Abia.

Abia state have no Governor as it stands now.we have a governor-elect till swearing in proper. I told Nigeria not to ask dor independence dey refused now negodu.
