Amen! I boiled clove and gave my daughter a teaspoon of the water. i also cut onions and kept it by her bedside. It greatly reduced the nasal congestion.
She's breathing better now. You can try it.

Well this postpartum I am talking 'bout has an incision opening,and doctors and midwife at my hospital recommends it,plus we have plenty mothers who has also testified to this,it doesn't cover neither touch the incision sight atall. 30 ml is one scoop of milk nah! And you wanna leave him to sleep past 3hrs without a feed? Mama u need koboko! Abeg increase or feed more frequently, set alarm if you must its called vigilante for times like this.
Even with breast milk my son finished 90 ml at 2weeks old and I fed him every 3hrs with bm in between, he takes his last bottle of formula at 8pm any feeding from then till morning 8am is bm.

A 2week old should consume a minimum of 75ml per feed to get the RDA of vitamins and minerals contained in the formula and should have about 450ml of milk in 24hrs.(its not a must ) babies can consume less or more just follow their cue.

Additional* you will know if he's getting enough if at one month old he has gained 1kg on top his birth weight( though some babies will lose some before they start adding.) My 1cent

U r lucky dat urs can even wake n feed. Mine will neva wake ooo until he is hungry n want to eat. But I'll try dream feeding him.

as for your not lactating, I wasnt lactating too until I started using fenugreek and within 3 days, I was practically begging my lo to suck cis she was a sleepy baby in her first week.. I woukd advise you get the seeds or the oil. .
maam ginababy, how's our cutie.. I used to wake my lo every 3hrs to feed.. she would dream feed, and sleep back..
by her 2nd week, she got used to the routine and would wake up herself every 3hours to eat..
now she has graduated to every 2hrs..and would wake every hour at night to feed..
so I would advice to wake your lo every 2hrs to eat since he doesnt eat much at a goal.. his feeds should be frequent..
I wont advice you increase the quantity of his food unless he asks for more..for now, just increase the frequency.
set your alarm for his night feeds too...vigilante is real o! dint get carried away....kikikiki

So I did the baking soda prediction test and it shows I'm expecting a boy, I checked my son's palm and it shows that he's expecting a boy as a younger one.

Below is a picture of the baking soda test, it's bubbled when I pee(d) in it.

By 5:50am on Thursday, my handsome prince Hansel came out wailing as if he was angry with the nurses for making his mummy go thru so much pain.
I don't have any regrets at all. I'm willing to endure a million post-partum pain just for my boy.
Now i know its possible to be contracting painlessly. Now i know its possible for your cervix to be dilating without your notice. Now i know to always expect anything in labor and keep an open mind, to avoid getting disappointed.
I'm proud to bear the scar of love. Motherhood is awesome and i wish all waddling mothers safe delivery. And to our TTC mothers, you too shall share your birth story soon. Kisses all!
