Good evening everyone, my name is Kingsley i just got in here today, i really want to make some enquiries about travelling to Finland for an undergraduate study.

1. How do i go about proceesing of my student visa, what do i do first?

2. How does the finland free tuition fee works for a non
EU immigrant.

Am happy to join this wonderful thread filled with good people.

Remain blessed.

Please in your case, did your sponsor submit payslips? What other documents did he attach?

anniekoko:

My sponsor used his business account also for me. But funds have to come into the account regularly. What you can do is, let him write on letter head of his company, a solem affirmation that he doesn't have payslips. But show that funds are regular into his account.

I had to supplement my application via the e-services. I didn't get any manual email and that made me wonder a little.

No he doesn't have payslips. Company attached a letter explaining why. Also attached were company's statement, balance sheet, income statement (profit & loss) registration documents, agreement, etc

This was exactly wat my sponsor sent. His bank also attached an official letter of reference too.
May God bless this great family, i have been fed enough answers to my queries at all times and it had really helped me so far in my application process.
God bless u all. My interview is on the 12th of July.

Just want to know, is there anything wrong with purchasing flight tickets directly from the airline website? Whats the advantage of purchasing from an agency?

undergraduate Route is quite different from masters. Day have a joint application which would probably begin by december this year check the studyinfo.fi website that where the application form would be filled and search for institution offering your preferred courses . While applying u have to use a cameroonian address instead of your Nigeria Own, this would enable you to be invited for an entrance exam in cameroon.
Application fee is 100 euro, and tuition is no longer free, from £8000, major reason why you should try Australia, Canada and Yankee.
For residents permit issue google finlandnigeria.org migri.fi, trust me this thread is a valuable resource, in u leisure time read through, whenever u are getting a little confused you could ask Questions.

I don't think so. Just that I checked the airlines and it seems a bit more expensive considering you will have to pay in foreign currency. I stand to be corrected tho.

Good morning bosses in the house, pls I have an issue bothering me of late. I am banking with sky bank n that is where my 1.6m is. Pls with the recent setback in sky bank I have been bothered by the possible consequences it may have in my money with dem. Is it something to b really worried about or I should put my heart at peace? Though I read central bank saying it's something customers should not worry about but I am still not convinced. However, I planned calling the embassy of Finland n dat of Abuja to explain my situation to them, and dat I am no longer confident in d safety of my money with skybank and would like to make a transfer to another recommended bank. I know there is a big chance I will b sending an updated bank statement as supplementary doc, dats why I want to inform dem b4 taking any step. Thanks all for ur contribution.

Bro i read Finance, and i can boldly tell you that, changing board of directors will not obstruct the operation of the bank except internal policy. so put your mind at rest. Nothing do po your money. its just like promotion and demotion of officials in a company.

Thanks boss..

your money is safe that is why government has put in NDIC which is meant to insure customer Deposit, in an eventuality of bank going bankrupt. That transfer. Might just raise a red flag.
