this is not true. because someone can't die by hanging if his legs can reach the ground....or it may be murder after killing the old man the murderers hanged him with a rope so that it will look like suicide...

Ermm...you don't need to climb something to die from asphyxiation by a noose. All he needed was for his windpipe to be crushed. Dropping his body weight sharply can cause that.
And the tongue isn't always out of the mouth after death by hanging. I wonder where you got that info.

Of course suicide is not ruled out (partial hanging is possible). Neither is murder ruled out.

The tongue is either forced against the teeth if the mouth is shut or it projects between the lips, especially the tips of the tongue if the mouth is open.

I doubt if he could climb that tree and cause enough force to cause death. The height of his body, he couldn't have produce enough force standing almost standing either. It is why I presume he could be intoxicated if a suicide. My own perception. Blood work can show this.

it is my humble submission that that old man did not commit suicide going by the picture I saw. The strangling pain of that rope and the difficulty of suffocation would have forced him to make good use of those legs I saw on the ground on that picture to stand at the last minute. that's why nobody truly hang himself with his legs on the ground. He was murdered, but why?

I have seen some old folks,that have been neglected for a long time by family members and they gradually sink into depression.
