I remember wen I was still a kid one of my uncle visited nd gave me #200 wen leaving I was so excited cos av been planning on winning d biggest balloon so I just went straight to d seller and played with all d money after winning abt 30 plus small balloons d woman just sold the biggest for me @ #30.... 1. The numbers belonging to those biggest balloon have been removed by the seller

2. If the biggest balloons are no more there, no one would come to play again. So they find all means to keep them there so as to attract us.
