I don't understand your question
How much does one need for the tour please in Naira
Re: I'm Taking A Road Trip Across Europe - Germany, Switzerland And Italy by MrTour: 12:07pm On Jul 07, 2016
Its easier to take already established public transport as it come with ease of navigation across Europe, you wouldn't want to rent a car and drive into a forbidden route and get arrested. Europe is not like Naija, traffic offence is treated like rape case across major European countries.

I am sorry is not a language they understand.

Train is about 23 euros. Almost 8720

Bus is 9 euros, just 3,500

Nice thread, but how do you communicate and understand whats going on around you ? some of these countries don't speak English

damn always mister know more will always appear from somewhere..in all I wrote here the one you were quick to pick up is bush meat..you travel from north to south of Germany I travel from Germany to mostly eastern part of Europe, does that make any difference to you And those strict procedures of yours don't exist in Serbia,Bulgaria,Hungary and so on because I have personally bought a lot of bush meat enroute. I will look where I saved a pic to post here....and maybe after you can go and introduce those strict laws of yours to Roma people selling bush meat by road sides. Because if you have truly traveled by road out of Germany then there is nothing you can't find by the road sides, call girls are there on road side you can f**k pay 50euro and still continue ur journey a lot of things I can't even name
mr man what is ur argument based on? That u Bleep ashawo in Germany does that make Germany a 3rd world country ? Even bible ashawo dey

Amen. It all takes planning. You can save up for a few months, plan out your trip and approach the embassy for a visa. I've posted my visa interview transcript on the blog in my signature. Will also chronicle the trip on that platform

I am loving this thread. Madam, what's your budget for the two weeks trip?

It's easier in Germany ,many of them speak English
In Italy you will have to speak English at the lowest level with some signs and gestures to help you communicate.
In swiss you have to speak either German , french or Italian .
Italia is the worst when it comes to communication

I'm starting this thread to chronicle my journey across Europe this summer.

I've never been to Europe before and german embassy gave me 2 weeks visa, so I can as well visit all the places I can while at it.

I'm travelling with a 10 month old baby. She's pretty strong (we've been on the road since she was 1 week old, and travelling since she was 1 month old, so I'm guessing she will be a good sport).

I have family and friends in Milan, but I'm arriving in Frankfurt 1st, then taking a bus from Frankfurt to Milan through Switzerland (cheaper than the train).

If you have experience in taking this kind of journey please help me draw out a plan.

I personally will love to visit Munich, Berlin, Geneva, Venice and Rome as well, but I think it will be quite a herculean task visiting each city with a baby strapped to my back or chest.

I'm starting the journey at the end of this month, and even if you can't come with me, stay hooked to this thread! grin

It all depends if you are an experienced Traveller anyways...Travelling around Europe with Bus is slow, waste of time but Cheap and convienient.

But From Frankfurt.. You could have a nice trip down to Netherlands and from Netherlands to Brussels,Belgium -...Or

Frankfurt ...Paris Or

Munich.....Vienna....Bratislava..Poland Or

Munich...Innsbruck...Liechtenstein.....Switzerland and from there Italy.....and Germany alone is big enough to explore for 2 weeks..

In Italy try to visit Rome or Venice..

Visa 13500
Ticket: was 188,00k for me and baby but that was before cbns flexible policy.
Hotel: Frankfurt: 50 euros
Bus from Frankfurt to Como: 27 euros
Como; had a host, accommodation was free
Como to Milan: 5 euros by train
Milan hotel: 30 euros
Bus from Milan to Rome: 9 euros

Still spending though. I budgeted N350,000 to spend but my bank statement when applying for Visa was just over 600k. I'm trying not to spend more than 350,000 at most 400,000

You can try spaghetti carbonara too

Bologna is in Emilia romagna, where they produce the best cheese in the whole Italy. it's called parmigiana reggiana and other types of cheese too .
For me italian food is the best ..

Mehn its quite a chore. I try to talk less and use signals. I also downloaded Google translate thanks to some great guys on this thread. Now o have downloaded a navigation app to avoid getting lost.

I also found out a lot of people speak english even if its just a bit and they don't mind practicinh it with you

I will also love to know how they get 1 year visa too. Visa was 13,500 but I hear its now 17,000 passport, I've had mine for long time now. It should be about 28,000 now.

If 2 weeks is 17,000.... A year would be up to 500,000 !!!!

I'll try to inquire about the 1 year.... And promise to get back to u
