Well, for me I have mastered the act of deflection. Mind control is the best form of self discipline you can give yourself.
At other times, I take advantage of my busy work schedule, by getting myself enmeshed at work.
I also try to avoid provocative encounters be it by thought, TV, NL Sexuality sub section etc
