My name is lucky I reside in ph. Am kinda Confuse because I want too enroll for basic studies @uniport and also thinking about applying for a diploma program@uniben(maritime studies and ict too be precise) please which should I go for. |

You reside in PH right? Then pick a course in any tertiary institution there and study. But what is basic studies? |
