Amhappy, you can start with 30ml, one spoon. If your baby finishes it, you can then increase to 60ml, 2 spoons, 90ml, 3 spoons and so on. Tak kia.

The size of your bump does not really determine size of belly in all cases. Some women have large uterus and you'll think their baby will be large but he comes out looking small.

As for the milo and milk, i only know it might increase baby weight in some women. For some women, it doesn't. Dunno if it has any health implication as well. Other sabi mamas can shed light...

No health implications for baby at all. Only thing is that for some babies, it usually makes them big birth. For others, it doesn't. Size of bump does not necessarily mean small baby. Don't worry yourself. Aim for a healthy pregnancy. ...
