The comments on this topic,shows why Nigerians are stuck with Buhari as a president. People look at things with sentiments and not based on logical reasoning. For those who do not understand,let be break it down to you.

Peter and Paul own the P-sqaure brand and have 50/50 right to use it. Peter and Paul are currently pursuing solo careers but also doing business as a group. As solo acts,they go by the names Mr P(for Peter) and Rudeboy(for Paul). In business,you have to have 51% stake before you can have any major controlling right to make decisions that ooverrides the next person who has 49%.
Based on this,both Peter and Paul,must agree on the terms of any contract being carried out with the P2 brand. Peter can't book a show as P-square and perform alone. It will be termed as fraud,and he can be sued heavily for that. Same goes for Paul. Jude's tactic of booking the show as a p-square show only for paul alone to show up,shows he is not just a fraudulent person,but a person who is greedy and not totally professional. You cannot book one of both twins as P-square;that's totally wrong. Peter is simply saying and doing the right thing. If the organizers decide to sue P-sqaure tomorrow,Peter would bejoined in the suit,whether or not he collected a dime from the proceeds of the show. That they are brothers,doesn't mean he should be stupid or not set things straight. You cannot book Jackson5 for a show,and only Janet jackson or Marlon jackson,turns up to perform;you will be sued heavily for that in the US. You cannot book Dru-Hill for a show,and present only Sisquo;they'd slam you with a heavy lawsuit and demand damages...

The earlier Nigerian youths start having sense and using their brains,the better for us as a nation. My sibling cannot be defrauding people with my name and I'd keep quiet because we are blood,knowing fully well that if it backfires,I'd also be held liable.

People and their emotions. It takes an educated person to understand what Peter is saying. If we sey some people here are just "traders" and not real business technocrats dem no go gree. The guy wants proper structure and not just business as usual. Psquare's is a brand that is jointly owned by Peter and Paul. Either of them cannot claim full ownership of this brand name. Hence, the need for Paul to seek the consent of Peter before placing that advert. If he's not doing that then Peter has all the right to sue whoever d culprit is. I really don't know who has been advising Paul but if Peter wants to press charges against the organizers of the show I think he's on point.
People should stop saying rubbish and get educated. What Jude and Paul is doing is tantamount to robbery. Except you guys are asking the gentleman to keep quiet because his brothers are the thieves. They should trade using their own brand-name and not the one they built together. The brand came to limelight majorly because of their dance steps even though the group became better sincerely in songs too.. But we all cannot deny the fact that it was their dance that first earned them the 1st needed attention.
