My DH's aunt suggested home remedy for my cough.
Ginger, lime in tea. I don't think this is safe in pregnancy cos iv googled and did not find it as a safe remedy in pregnancy.
Please help .

I can't easily get palmoil. Yea I wasn't sure about lime too.. I know lemon is safe tho. Yes it's quite bad but im on antibiotics...

Hmmm! I gave up on project fame 2 seasons ago. I think the last season I watched was the last one that KafI was still the choreographer.

I watch d voice ng on AfMag urban too, and can't wait for tonight's show. But sadly I may just hav to watch for 1 hour cos Europa 2016 final is by 8pm tonight and DH cannot trade it for d voice o (he too loves d voice but football na priority over everything else)

I like the fact that Armstrong has the talent when it comes to rock or alternative genre music, but my thoughts are that he is doing the right music in the wrong country. Nigerians don't appreciate rock that much...I love rock and alternative music and till tomorrow people think my taste in music is weird...

All d best to him tho.... Timi Dakolo saving Vicki was still a no-no for me.

Na Lamide face dey give me sleepless night o. Zaynie that ur palm oil plus sugar worked like magic. For the first time mumsy agreed that my online friends know better thing. Abeg Na this Lamide face be issue now. It's also on her back and chest. I've used ori, coconut oil, agbo sef to bath her, sabi mamas come to my aid.

A friend told me she used Calendula oil. She bought it from namaste organics and it cleared her baby's skin.

I had cough and catarrh some weeks back. I refused taking any antibiotics since cough is either caused by cold or a virus. Antibiotics don't work for cough. I only chewed one seed of alligator pepper once and didn't bother myself again. I allowed it live out its time of about 2wks.

And talking about paranoia, I felt so too. But I read that our LOs are well protected in our uterus. So the clenching of our abdomen when we cough doesn't hurt them. Even at that, I still worried a little.
God help we women.

Continuation of my bs, sorry for d delay

so dey fixed d drip and said i must lay on my side and i must nt get up,bt d first of all pumped water inside my anus to enable me use d loo and also used onetin like dat to drain my urine,mmmm naso i just dey look dem till dey come fix d drip hehehe heaven was let loose,the pain started almost immiediately and it was as if am runing mad,na so i come begin jumb from d bed and 4 nurses were called to hold me put bt still my power dat i didnt knw where it came from overpowered dere own,i will kick dem,bite dem,dey hv to cal in my dh to come and pacify me bt mehnnnn!!!!!! I just hated the sight of my dh at dat moment,i was just waiting for him to come closer to receive his own bite ,bt he begged dem to allow him stay outside dat he cant afford to see me in such serious pain, for over 6 hours l was still in pain and dat painful VE, until i was asked to push and i pussshhhed with d last strenght in mind just once and my boy was screaming his lungs out, with just litte tear dat my baby gave me in my clitorie, dat was wen i came back to my senses and started vomiting. Bt thank God it ended in praise at last and my prince weight was 3.4.

She has a nice voice... our judges are partial in nature.. Patoranking is always saving Chike, because of his 1st performance which I must confess was the best then. But right now he is not the best...

I used the manual pump, tommy tippee. I enjoyed using it. I can express 120-150ml from one breast and about 90 from the other in 10-15 minutes sometimes less. It's less expensive and I had no issues with it.

I can't say it is as good as the electric because I didn't try using electric. But I can say manual pump served me well.
