Buy original to support our actors, the pirated copies support the thieves who are stealing from our hard working actors. Support a better Nigeria by running people who cash in on other people's sweat out of business. You don't want your salary given to another person, do you?

Not hating but kunle hasn't done an exceptional movie in nigeria ; he uses the best equipments and actors but the stories are not that good, take October 1 as example, I heard he spent millions of dollars on that movie; but Mr ibu movies is much better

I have watched this film in one of my flights on KLM;about 5 people from different countries to be made CEO,after dancing test were dying each night mysteriously; a wrong man was linked to their death....Until the truth was discovered and the man eventually got the CEO post. Abi it is another film?

[size=20pt]Any Nigerian movie not competing at Durban, Berlin, Cannes, Venice, Toronto, Sundance and other world class international film festivals is not acclaimed. Except by uninformed local reporters.
Nollywood and Kannywood must stop circulating in the same pool.
South Africa has won Academy Awards and Nigeria has not even made the nominations and what are we celebrating? Second class filmmakers?
Even Cameroon, Chad, Mauritania, Senegal, Algeria, Tunisia and other African countries have competed for the highest honors at Cannes and some of them have won the major awards. But Nigerian filmmakers have not qualified for the competitions.
So, what are we bragging about or celebrating?
We need to grow up.

I don't waste my time watching Nigerian movies. Except the comedy ones. Kunle films are always over rated when you eventually watch it. It's always wack.

This sort of films, they spend more on technical crew. Which made their production look professional, but the story is always poor. October 1st has a nice production but the story line is poor. Am not surprise if CEO is like that.

When and where did Kunle Afolayan's October 1 got Cannes' nomination?
In your dreams?
If he did, I would have been the first to announce it.
