2.rashes!,rashes!!,rashes!!! At first,i thought it was the baby oil,i stopped but it continued.i thought it was heat too,but no,heat cant cause this much. Moju powder dries it up but it appears after a while. Google is seriously confusing me about diff types of rashes.
3. Is vaseline the blue seal good for babies?i ve cussons lotion but dont know if it is a contributing factor to the rashes.
4.mummy liftedhands and helovesme,it looks like i dont know how to wear my baby the pampers baby dry cos mine leaks at the top bum bum when he poos.help!
5.watery bloody form still comes out from jajana,is it not taking too long. Birthed 9th june.

Diamond sweats for africa,so he has rashes around his neck area but marhaba prickly heat powder does wonders, since you say its not heat i wonder, my baby still uses karnel oil after bath as all this mamas has refused to use his chicco lotion and all is well for now.
as for me the watery form still comes out but its not bloody anymore

Thanks for checking up on me sweetie, it hasn't been well at all. I had episiotomy and it broke down. I didn't know, I have been in severe pains.
I can't sit, sleep, walk, eat, carry my ds, I've lost weight. The pain is from hell mehn!
I've gone back to see d gynae, he had to remove d stitches. The wound is so wide and deep. I'm doing sitz bath with warm water and salt. Dh said d wound is healing. I'm supposed to be going for dressing every 2 days but no one to leave my baby for. Dh can't handle him and mum goes to work.

Ouch! So sorry teamie. Let your mum show dh how to handle him now.
You need to be fine for your baby. You cant be going through all those pains and still looking after your baby.
Pls let dh learn how to handle him in your absence so you can go for the dressing.

I'm sure we are preparing for the third trimester!!!!!!!! Yipppee.... we shall soon get to our promised land with our bundles of joy in our arms.

Present mama. Lucioustrish I see ya teamie. I was complaining to my mum today that I am not finding the way I feel funny and she laughed at me and said that the real work has not even started. Like joke like joke this spitting wan last for 9months. I haven't kissed my DH for six months. I drool on the pillows when I am asleep. I can't even cuddle anymore make I no use spit scatter the man body. . Most importantly I can't even remember what my VJ looks like . These days I have to feel it with my hands to make sure say e still dey . Oh well, I believe it's all gonna be worth it. 1...... How do CS moms bathe after the surgery? My hospital said not to pour water on my body till the incision heals... They said to use face towel, water, soap and savlon to clean my body... And then clean the incision site with cotton wool and spirit...

I'm 3weeks pp already, but there's still a part of the incision that isn't healed completely yet (on the far right)...

Doctor went ahead to speed labour up by giving me drip,I was dehydrated and also on oxytocin injection. That's when I see the real pain. I called Jesus,shouting that I need pain relief. I begged the nurse,doctors etc for help they just ignored me. I didn't know when I started shouting mummy moo and the Names of my siblings to come and help me. I spoke Igbo all through in favour room and they nicknamed me typical Igbo woman.

I called my DH on the phone (they didn't allow him to enter) to pray for me. 12.45pm we moved to the delivery room. I was 10cm but baby's head refused to crown. She's faced up,posterior occipital. I was encouraged to push several times which I did but no show. The Doctor started chooking his hand in my V encouraging me to push harder. They gave episiotomy. Finally the doc was able to turn the head and I gave one push,the head came out,I heard one nurse shout cord and they say don't push. They flipped the cord and I gave one final push. my miracle princess came into the world at 1.10pm but she didn't cry. One doc with the nurses took her out to start resuscitation process. Finally after about 5mins I heard her cry and started shedding tears. Then the devil wan put sand sand,the placenta did not come out in full and I started bleeding. After manually removing the debris the bleeding refused to stop. Next they found a tear on my cervix and called for emergency. I gave birth 1.10 p.m but it took till 3.30pm for them to finish the repair.I thank God for life. My DH called all the pastor's he knows including Christian brethren to pray. God took control and the bleeding stopped. In all I'm grateful to God for everything and to everyone on this thread for the love and support.

I will be back to share lessons learnt.

I held my breath while I read. Thank God it ended in praise.

That bolded owa scary o! How do u mean please? Is it that you are feeling cramps? Like your period kind of pain ish? If so its nothing to be alarmed for unless it becomes severe or you spot then u go see your doctor. Take plenty water and rest more.

My major ish nah, is this sore-like pain at my right ribs just below my boobs. Chai, feels alot like an open wound

I bought all of our house wears and daycare clothes there. I didn't buy sleep suits or body suits there though.
I like their clothes cos it's easy to maintain but mainly for babies. For older kids, they are a big no.:-

Hi love, looking after a newborn can be tiring. Please you need to figure out a way to take care of your privates. Its not something to be joked with. Remember you are taking care of it for future purposes. Your mum should be very understanding in this area. Do something now before you regret it tomorrow. Keep calm

1. Make sure his head is in a raised position while sucking. Remove your nipple from his mouth say after every 2-3 minutes of sucking. Your milk must be flowing really well (like an ice cream fountain) which is the reason why he's sucking with so much rush and passion.

2. Stop the baby oil. Get original imported coconut oil instead.

3. Original Vaseline blue seal is very good. Stop the lotion. Replace it with original imported coconut oil.

4. Are you sure the nappy is his right size? If the nappy is not his right size, there will be leakages. Go a size lower and see if the leakages will stop. My son is almost 11 months and he's been on size 4 pampers since he was 7 months.

5. It's perfectly normal. It can continue for as long as 2 months. You are tired of wearing pad abi . Pele. Endure. It will soon stop.
