Main reason Buhari may have won that uniform is because of the ongoing Army conference in Gusau, Capital of Zamfara. It is an Army tradition that when C-in-C attends such function, he is all decked up in such garb. I think we all know who the true soldier is in those uniforms.

But Bulgari can do so When ever he wishes he is a retired general whether in office or not he has the right to put it on.
