Hello dear, I believe some of the mamas have answered you already, especially those who have undergone the procedure.
I haven't done it, all i did was HSG and it was a painful process for me. I checked it up on google and came up with the
following: "Hysteroscopy is a procedure that allows your doctor to look inside your uterus in order to diagnose and treat causes of abnormal bleeding. Hysteroscopy is done using a hysteroscope, a thin, lighted tube that is inserted into the vagina to examine the cervix and inside of the uterus." I would suggest you also check on YouTube for videos of the procedure. Remain blessed!

@ Benignasweety/finestpinacle; I am not one to come harsh on someone, I've always been diplomatic towards people maybe because of my training. I know my words hit you hard but I'm not the type that wants to hurt people. I have shared it here a couple of times how to be diplomatic when people doubt you. If anyone doubts you please try as much as possible to clear their doubts in a respectful manner. I have once said it here that I was also doubted when I shared the Akure Midwife's contact. I reached out and cleared the doubts of Mama's here.
I've never been to Akure, never met her but my friend met her @ Port Harcourt where she was residing before she retired to Akure with her hubby who is a regional pastor with RCCG. Mama's here advice I go for myomectomy and I accepted their advice and went. If I am claiming right, I would have been bitter with the mama that doubted me but since I am not a fraud why should I?

Some mama's here have been defrauded in their bid to end ttc, so would you blame them when they are in the look out for frauds? TTC is tiring and frustrating as such when any mama here comes with an advert or telling how a friend used a drug/herbs to conceive or cure any ailment of infertility, please do not come hard on that person. Maybe the person too doesn't know anything about it but was asked to take it. Let's be careful how we go about doing things here.

Sorry dear for my post. I've also apologised to her for that post. I know it hit her hard cos she is human. She may have a genuine heart here for us but she doesn't know how to go about it. I wish I am in a position to help her but I am job hunting too. I believe she is going through pregnancy blues and as such we have to be careful what we say to her. God will soon wipe away our sorrows.

Don't worry God will sama u, ur bfp very very soon. But please test b4 ur start taking any medication HSG may not be the first call, try hormonal assay and scan first.

After going through the replies i got, i feel hysteroscopy will be the best option for me. i was able to reason in line with the process of hysteroscopy. i couldn't get much details on the "scan guarded d&c". but in my opinion, it sounded more like hydrotubation. what i need is a procedure to clear the whitish image shown in my pelvic ultrasound.

I told her she is correct, that you are expecting your LO. She said I should ask you to be a bit patient and retest later, that you will record a Bfp IJN, because she is on leave.

No clomid is clomiphene citrate. Femara is a brand of letrozole (like indomie, cherie, mimee, dangote....are all types of noodles)... if you go to the pharmacy and ask of femara they would give you femara which is more expensive..but if you ask of letrozole they would give you different brands then you can pick one that suits your pockets price wise...
Last I checked, femara was about 9k while another brand was like 2k. Hope you understand what I mean?

But please make sure you are under supervision when taking these drugs.

I bought the femara brand from healthplus abt 2mths ago for almost 34k for a pack that contains 3 sachets, a sachet contains 10 tablets of 2.5mg each. So if u r probably buying a satchet it could be abt 9k.
