someone once gave me a hint that one could embark on a post graduate degree while serving but i didn't get the gist in detail. please how possible is this venture? thank you |

Don't think it's possible. Nigerian universities will ask for nysc cert. |

some schools accept nysc call up letter in lieu nysc cert. the nysc cert is to be provided before the program rounds up eph12: |
