someone once gave me a hint that one could embark on a post graduate degree while serving but i didn't get the gist in detail. please how possible is this venture? thank you

Don't think it's possible. Nigerian universities will ask for nysc cert.

some schools accept nysc call up letter in lieu nysc cert. the nysc cert is to be provided before the program rounds up

i heard federal universities do it too but its kind-off backyard business. thats why i brought it here to get more information
