All of the above still needs good capital to start up... Don't you think so? smiley

Not much. Most of them can be started with a N20,000 loan or money at hand.

You sound like a scammer to me

Not trying to be a kill joy, but I went through your old topics on your profile and they all looked like scam.

Might be wrong, might be right.

In my opinion, you are a SCAMMER

Thanks so much, scammer looking for job. Well you have absolute right to your opinions. If
for one to have ventured into some businesses in the past and failed has made such person a scammer then you're on point. But I can boldly confront anyone on what I've done in the past if truly I ever scammed anyone.
But am not taking all that as factors for me not to move ahead. I meant every words of my topic.
I will not let you discourage me as some well meaning Nigerians have started to give me what can beat down my desperation.

My bruv, the dude is asking for a job and not begging for cash. I don't see how this suggests that he's trying to scam anyone. If you can't help him in any way including offering some positive advice, why spoil the minds of those who might? Those who wanna help would always VERIFY before doing so.

You have an idea about any?..
You can brief me... pls...
I will talk very briefly about two low cost business ideas I listed for free:

1-2. Environmental care/waste management: I categorised two ideas here because they are related and can both be done together to enhance returns. The idea is basically simple. Materials:
- Handgloves
- Mouth/Nose Guard
- Flower trimmer
- Sickle
- Rake
- Mower (if you can buy or loan it), if not, a very good cutlass or loaning an herbicide
- Jungle boots
- Shovel
- Sacks
- Buckets
- Detergent
- Sponge
- Customised T-Shirt(s)/ Work Clothes
These materials and others which you may need are cheap and easy to get around. Most can even be borrowed.

Visit highbrow and residential areas in your city/town and paste a handbill or advertise to small businesses and residents in this manner:
a. Tell them you are an environment care specialist and tell them the name you have formed for your business
b. Tell them you are going to be maintaining the environment weekly/monthly (depending on their subscription)
c. Tell them that your job duties are:
i. Trimming of flowers around the area for subscribed people
ii. Clearing of gutters and spraying of insecticides in open/closed gutters
iii. Emptying of personal waste bins
iv. Routine sweeping of area if they are interested
v. Clearing of grasses and weeds
vi. Routing spraying of insecticides in the area to avoid mosquitoes
vii. Taking on any other environmental/waste needs they want
viii. ** In extreme cases, offering to sweep their businesses/compounds and washing public toilets on routine basis
d. Tell them your daily/weekly/monthly subscription bills. Here you have to consider the type of people in the area, how many they are and how much you need. An average bill of N5000 per month per house unit is fair.
e. Make it official! Get documents to be signed, receipt books, etc.

The above idea really works all things being equal. In less than no time, you can recruit others and become just a manager with even a shop. Before you know it, you are managing more areas and raking in more cash. The good thing is that you will have little or no competitors in the business. Trust me when I say EVERYBODY LIKES A CLEAN AND LIVABLE ENVIRONMENT!!!
I know a company in Warri that is making it big from the above business. The guy started out exactly as I described and today he is a big boy in environmental management and he has at least 40 people in his payroll. He is about to extend his reach to Asaba and Ughelli. The areas he maintains are like "yankee", so neat and clean.

2. Delivery Service: This is a very easy project to startup and trust me, it pays well. What you need is a delivery website which can be built with about N20000 or less (and yes, I am a web designer who can do this for you easily). Materials:
- Website
- Eloquence
- Dedicated hired cab/tricycle/okada depending on your preferences. You can even work with any of your choice at any time you want.
- Dedicated phone number that is ALWAYS AVAILABLE

In other to do this, you will have to move ALOT around your city. This business is almost like KONGA and JUMIA but on a very LOCAL CITY-WIDE level. When your website is up basically, you will visit small and large businesses in the area and market to them that you are a delivery service that can help them deliver goods to customers in the city FOR FREE! Once you have alot of business clients in your database, you can now allow the businesses to market you while you also market yourself online through facebook, twitter, community groups, whatsapp, etc. The idea is simple:
a. Customers want to make a purchase of goods
b. They contact you to make the purchase on their behalf
c. You get the goods from the business
d. You deliver to the customer and get paid for the goods + premium DELIVERY CHARGES which you will determine

Trust me when I say that most people are very lazy and will be glad for this service. You can help people buy things, request for goods/services, pickup stuffs, etc. Of course, at the end of the day you would have to get a car in other to be more mobile but you can start by just working together with a taxi cab driver on a fixed price or run pay as you deliver by entering any taxi when there is a job.
Through your website, customers can request for goods and businesses can place stocks and accept payments while you deliver the goods to them. Customers can also request for services such as plumbing, auto-repairs, pick-up services, carpenters, welders, etc and you would be the one to bring the person to them at your fixed rate. In this business, time is of immense importance. You have to be up and doing and readily available.

That is little I can write now. My hands are already tired. If you need more advice, mail me and I'll be sure to help.

Your first three months salary? How will you cope?
Someone who has been jobless and without a dimefor such a long time can cope for that three months of because the hope of getting your fourth month salary is better than having nothing at all

He would just get loan for transportation that's all

Thanks for all your advises, I can't regret sacrificing my 3 months salary at all, because I can remember when last I hold just common N5,000 in my bear hands. And also I have taught of so many things I can venture into but it still all boils down to start up capital which I don't think I can raise for now.
Please I really need your help good people reading this at this time.
You sound like The school you went to did not pass thru you at all.. Despite spending 6-7 years which I know people use in OAU to get a 5yrs degree.
Let me advise you. 1. If you are in 1 village cos it's ur comfort zone, get out of that village immediately before it turns you to a local champion. Nobody will bring a job to your laps.
2. Goto ur WhatsApp, Facebook, LinkedIn, search for your classmates, NYSC friends, people u met or uve had 1 or 2 tete a tete together. Connect all of dem and let them know your situation. Your Network is ur Networth
3. Sit down and look your surroundings, find what you can provide a solution to. People are getting married everyday, are they going to need a decor? MC? DJ? Cake? Whatsoever, the husband and wife won't sleep in d gutter. Are they going to be needing a house? Are they going to be needing a house cleaning company? Etc
Note; all this things I mentioned need no single capital or max: 50k

Find a particular Need that u can profer a beautiful solution to and prosper.
If u like beg and beg, I know diaris God o but d truth is it will only take Gods favour for some one to offer u anything reasonable from here. U will only get tired after a while. People don't even advertise jobs anymore. They simply hide it for their friends or siblings. Truth is u go sha have 1 family member wey dey find job ni sha. 1 way or d other. So it's almost a dead end on here but God factor still dey tho. am not discouraging u.
Why do that to your self when u can change ur destiny by urself. I know some few nairalanders who started from looking for job to employing ond by just buying garri, elubo, semo made from maize etc to the people dat needs it. Truth is Human want is insatiable, we will always want something but can't get it, God planned dat aspect for Nigerians. He knew what country this shithole will be but God bless Nigeria tho. We believe in a greater nation
All am saying is, get in d action and reason. Start from something, u might just wonder after few years why u searched for job initially sef. Doh Bros u hear, Naira and poundsterling, I ain't gat none. But dz little words I offer to you. Hope they spur you to your greater self. U are unstoppable
