You're right. Its better to get a prescription from a doctor than a pharmacist.
My doc didnt let me take all these malaria drugs until i crossed 33 weeks.
Its best you confirm from your personal doctor.

Mamas in the house my girlfriend and I were arguing today if 1k can cook a pot of soup (as we no kukuma get work na . She's a nursing mother and me I'm preggy). She said it can't in this present economy but me I said it can make management soup.

This was the last soup i made before delivery and it cost just N400.

Dry catfish - 200
Oil - 50
Garri - 50
Crayfish - 50
Potash - 50

I had oil, garri, crayfish and potash at home, so all i spent was 200naira for the catfish.

This is the era of change! Lol

Mamas please come to my aid. Ds took the 6weeks vaccine today. We got home in peace and he slept only to wake up with the highest scream I have ever recorded. He is crying so bad that he's choking in his tears. E jo e gbami o.. He has fever now and his temperature read 37.2 at the moment.
Please is this normal? We were advised against administering PCM. I have carried him to my back and this seem the only pacifier.
It's so bad he has rejected BM.
I can't believe this pain can be more than circumcision
Somebody tell me it's normal please.

Who told you not to give him pcm, please do. Don't worry, it's normal for babies to be cranky and uncomfortable after vaccination. Some hospitals even advice you start the pcm in the morning before going for immunization. It will pass, just give him the pcm and continue soothing him.

It's alright ma. I was told not to give mine pcm too except if d temp is high. That's the new procedure now.
Tepid sponge him n if d temp is still raised, give him pcm and continue to soothe him.
I put my son to my back too after doing d tepid sponge things and he was relieved.
All is well ma.

Goldenruby I was told to give pcm if he runs temperature! Never heard of that don't give before o! anyway soak a wash cloth in water and dab his body from time to time! Also place it on the thigh where he was injected don't rub or massage please. Keep offering him breast milk by tomorrow he will be fine its just a one day crankiness.

Lolz. Abeg the 2 are you same drug by different companies. They are both Artemether + Lumefantrine.

Malaria o. Its dealing with me badly. Can't even reply some of my mentions.

Dh has been giving me "The Look" that shows he wants some. Me I'm seriously pretending to be blind right now. I can't come and go and kill myself. I try my possible best to keep him satisfied, but not when I'm terribly sick.

Yesterday he stood looking at me for a while and me I pretended to be fast asleep. Thank God he finally read my mind and walked away.

At night his hand started roaming. The speed I take remove the hand ehn, I'm sure the guy must have been shocked. Me I'm going through so much pain plus malaria right now and sex is the last thing on my mind.

In other news, I was asked to take Lonart. Has any mama used it before?

@iyabetajos, bromocriptine is notorious for dizziness and for some fainting spells especially when you get up suddenly and @ d start of therapy. Moduretic can also cause you to b dizzy as well If ur BP has been crash down. I'll say d combination may be d culprit but my eyes are on bromocriptine. Sorry dear, pls when next you want to get up from lying position get up slowly. pls see ur Dr for re-evaluation too.
