Ekiti people have again been called upon to make tree planting a priority in order to protect the environment. Governor Ayodele Fayose gavethe advice while flagging off tree planting at Apostle Babalola Memorial Secondary School, Efon Alaaye.

Is this what an average Nigerian need or an average person from Ekiti state? There are pressing matters to attend to, to better the lives of the citizens but no, our leader prefer to plant flowers, share two cups of rice and promote propaganda yet they send budgets worth billions for state development to the senate yearly. Truth be told, Nigerians deserve the kind of leaders she is having, for as long as we keep selling our votes, dignity, and normality for 30 pieces of silver, we will continuing getting improvements worthy of 30 pieces of Silver.

With all the natural resources, free from nature disasters and blessed with intelligent minds, we are still called a freking third world country? I pity posterity, truly I do.

Is this governor not a clown, rather than sit down with his team of commissioners and SME's to conceptualise prioritize projects that need to be carried out as it affects citizens of the state directly here they are embarking on white elephant projects.

Ekiti state government have strong media facilities like Lagos state

Anyhoo,
He should plant trees along pedestrian walkways as it is in Calabar. This is good for aesthetics and environmental purity.

i bet u dont know the importance of trees to our climate system. It doesnt matter the location. U may plant it on the roadsides and in the nearest future spend money to cut them down for other projects like road constructions, pipe-borne water, buildings etc to take place. Fayose is wiser than "u"

All this news about Fayose is mere noise. I'm presently in Ekiti and the people here are surprised that I even know more about happenings in the state even from Lagos.
