I put all baby's things in one bag, and all my hospital things in another bag. Then i showed dh the exact first outfit i want my baby to wear after he's brought out.

I wasn't diagnosed with PCOS until almost the end of my TTC journey but I had the symptoms.. difficulty losing weight, hair on chin and anovulatory cycles. What worked for me was a weightloss pill that contained inositol, vit b6 and some other good stuff. I guess mine wasn't severe cos fvine has used same thing and it didn't work for her so she is going for a higher dose of myo-inositol powder. You can contact her for how to buy it or you can get the capsule form from GNC if you don't mind swallowing pills.

I sha envy you my dear. Bt go n feed dat boy abeg Hw I wish I'm in your shoes ryt nw because my son can sleep for Africa n hardly hv time to such except bottle feeding. Once d bobby enters his mouth d next thing is sleep because he sees sucking n holding unto bobby stressful.

This calls for help because my bobby is gradually warning out.
It really breaks my hrt.

It is advised to use it up to 12weeks or end of first trimester when the placenta would have fully taken over production of progesterone itself, stopping dupashton too soon can result in a sharp drop in progesterone which can lead to miscarriage (that is not your portion in Jesus Name) but in all talk to your doctor about it and go with his advise.

Please I have a few questions

1. Please does any one have any idea of how much estimate one needs to shop for maternity clothes?

2. I'm 14wks today and dh's hmo has still not included my name in the list for the past 4 months. We are suspecting that they want to avoid paying for Antenatal until it's too late as they keep deenying any wrong doing. So dh suggested I register for ANC in another hospital for now till we sort out this issue with his HMO. Please my abuja mothers, which hospital can I go to register that is fair priced? I had chosen limi hospital in the hmo list because of the proximity to my house in the case of an emergency but their ANC alone is 100k which is really high but I guess it's that way cos they are private hospital.


Please any advice or suggestion would be highly appreciated as the situation is getting me sad and depressed
Pls any suggestion for any hospital in abuja. I live in Apo resettlement

I am a FTM too, and my HMO doesn't register pregnancies till 14 weeks. What i did in the early weeks before i got to 14 weeks was to use one of the General Hospitals in lagos, and then i switched to my HMO proper when i was 14 weeks+.

@jazzyjazz, if you have enough cash, just hold like 30k to get the basics like fortius said.
As for me, i didnt bother buying anything tagged maternity, cus they are usually more expensive here. What i did was to get black leggings, and free tops that are some sizes bigger than my normal size.
Look for regular tops and gowns that the band is close to your bust. They'll fit your bump nicely.
Don't buy too much for now, because your bump might get bigger than you expect and then they won't fit anymore.
Remember to get maternity bras too, those ones without underwire. You can also get one or two sport bras for use at night. Sleeping and moving about without bra in pregnancy all the time can contribute to fall of Olympus.

What I do whenever he starts falling asleep on the boob is to blow air on his face and he wakes up to continue, I also maintain eye contact. Try expressing the milk more often so your supply doesn't go down even if you don't have constant light to have it freezed! You can express and pour away whatever he couldn't finish, that's the beauty of breast milk unlike formula Na cry I dey cry each time my son no finish the one I prepared, it cost money which bm doesn't.

D ovaries are normal in size,numerous small sized follicles are noted in d periphery of both ovaries. D stroma of each ovary is thickened. D pod is empty. pls mamas dat ve overcome pcos pls how do u manage it cos hubby is not helping me as am not seeing any gyne. Cc Sugar, iomoge, kaffy4bill, and all d sabi mamas. Sorry 4 d long post.
