These are paid protesters, they aren't protesting out of their freewill but coz of the inducement they got. They couldn't have protest the religious killings coz there was no incentives. There's hunger in the land and many people will do just anything to put food on their table.

was hurt. Facts show that both parties crossed
the lines of decency. The honorable thing to do
is to simply ignore them. Hey, but to my chagrin,
women NGOs are on the streets protesting against what exactly? Is this what the campaign for gender equality has been reduced to?
But this same women never protested the death of the two Women gruesomely killed in Kano and Abuja, or is it because the Women are not wives of one influential Politician or Personality, are the lives of Nigerians now so worthless?
Honestly, I don't want to be rude to anyone. But,
this is my definition of stupidity! May God save Nigeria from Enemies within!

Yes o. Sadly, the casualties in such sponsored protest are the masses. These politicians are aware majority of the electorates are broke and hungry so they capitalise on this fact to sponsor protest for their political gains.

A lot of us Nigerians are Self Centered we only fight for what we will benefit from. We tend not to give a sh*t about next person unless we will receive praise or some form of gratification. It's part of the reason why Nigeria is still where it is. Obviously these women were paid for this stunt. Imagine if we stood up against these corrupt politicians years ago instead of queueing up to collect bags of rice, cash etc This country would have passed this miserable stage that it's in. I know some people will say its because of poverty but how can you accept gifts from someone who is the very cause of your poverty, its insane! Let's get rid of this infection called selfishness and act in ways that will be for the common good of everyone.

Human beings were initially equal but politics divided us, religion separated us and wealth classified us.
