I remember how my parent plant and cook this in the military regime era. It's not just as delicious as the normal tomatoes.

No. Tatashe is always available in the market. You can only get this tomato locally, it's scarce. I remembered I saw it last when I was like 10years to 15 years. But don't know what it taste like.

Snake tomatoes are rare in the market because it's difficult to handle and spoils easily.

Used to grow some in the garden, they are delicious and nutritious, no doubt about that.

I remember this tomato (assuming that's what it is) from my childhood days.




Today, we use actual tomatoes for stew. I doubt I will willingly eat a stew made with that.
