The religion Jesus established is based on love, love for God and fellow man. Before returning to heaven, he warned his true followers that oppressive wolves would slip in and treat the flock of God wickedly (Acts 20:28-30).

He also gave detailed insight on how to detect religious fraudsters at Mt 7::15-20. In the same chapter, from verse 21-23, he clearly spoke of "workers of iniquity" who may claim to use his name to perform miracles.

By normal standards, more than half the parents in Nigeria should be in jail because they have zero problem solving skills. No one bothers to find out why a child does something wrong. The solution is either a child is beaten beyond belief for every infraction or in some cases, taken to the extreme like this scenario. And you wonder why these children grow up thinking it is ok to burn people in the streets. Half the country's citizens has PTSD but don't know it, and are totally immune to gore and horror because they are so used to it.
