Lol, i should have been more specific with the kind of help I can give. Sadly, i can't help you with your search for a girlfriend, I can give career advice, but I would suggest you also utilize your schools resources for that, and there are many ads for studio apartments downtown on kijiji.ca. Hope that helps a little.

Hi guys, I want to find out the importance of having note verbal from the ministry of foreign affairs for Canada student visa application.
The government organization I work for gave me an introduction letter stating that I've been given a study leave for the duration of the program, they also processed the so called note verbal on my behalf.
The protocol department told me it'll expedite the process, I just want to find if it's true. Thanks in advance for your reply house.

I seriously doubt if a VO would attach much importance to the note verbal.....it's a diplomatic communication prepared in the third person and unsigned. It's more relevant for institutional purpose or inter governmental agencies or relations.

If you submit an airtight application you don't need such document.....besides it is advisable to keep your application simple. Submiting a note verbal will only make a VO more curious about why you included a note verbal in your application. Or does it really serve a purpose in your application? You're applying for a study permit right? If so a VO won't see any need to expedite your application in anyway or manner. Especially since you're not going for an assignment for the federal government.

A letter of introduction from the ministry suffices.

Please and please do not arouse the curiosity of the VO attending to your application.

Those are the only forms you needed for online application......forget about the study permit questionnaire, you have already done that when generating code for your profile.

There have been no updates to your application (S3*********) since you last checked your account. Thank you for your patience.
This message is intended for the following e-mail address: h******@yahoo.com. If this message is not for you, please delete it.

Please house I need ur advice on this matter, this is the second time am getting such mail from CIC...exactly 24th of June I got the first mail...I submitted my application on 25th of may 2016 and did my biometric 27th of May 2016 at VFS office in Abuja...am yet to receive a medical call mail...I applied for PGC at Conestoga college for fall (September 2016) there resumption date is 5th of Sept...

My questions are:

1. Should write CIC Accra as regards why I have not been sent medical mail?

2. Should I just proceed with the medical examination at any of their approve office and send it to CIC Accra?

3. Should I go to VFS office and complain

4. Should I still wait until I get response from CIC.

Is anyone going through this same issue.

Please house am in dead need of advice.

Lol. You're very funny. Your application is not even up to 10 weeks not to talk of 13 weeks and you're panicking. Wait till the normal processing time elaspses. And the processing time is 13 weeks. So try and engage in something else and take your mind off it. You're not the only one. A lot of PGC students haven't heard anything from CIC this month. So calm down. All iz well.

Please gurus in the house, a bit worried I applied for a study permit visa April 12 but till date no info. I got an email from Conestoga college to balance the partpayment of the first semester tuition fee by August 5th that either the admission will be revoked or i defer. Am still hoping for the best from CIC. What's your advice. Thank you
Re: Travelling To Canada Part 10 by Nobody: 12:28am On Jul 25, 2016
If you are going through paper route henceforth, pocket N54050 (biometrics plus permit fees) as initially was N37530.this is a new change as regards to CIC website.invariably online applicants paying with their cards would be paying higher cos of our forex market. I don't understand paying for "permit extension". Na jus grammar this people use to dey rip us.them never grant person visa, them still collect extension money join come still increase the biometric money too if i really understood their statement well.

bro the truth of this matter is i cannot understand why CIC is massively more especially delaying PGC/PGD applicants if we have to compare with other program levels like masters/phd.Since the school would still refund you if anything happens which i don't pray for you,you can go ahead and pay if you have the money and be hopeful with CIC.lets see what this week will be like from them.if you app has passed 13weeks,send CSE to them without hesitation.
