Canadian politician and MP for Winnipeg South in the Canadian House of Commons, Terry Duguid was seen wearing an Igbo attire along with his wife during the Igbo cultural festival in Manitoba, Canada. The former Councillor was in an elated mood as he posed for photos with Igbo leaders at the event.
