If you're not, then look for easy ways to make money from home. Make research on small businesses that won't strain you. Its rare to see a company employ a pregnant woman.

You are expected to have started taking your folic acid at least. Eat any food you want but do not eat pineapples, unripe pawpaw, potash
Sleep on your left side. You can start antenatal from 12 weeks or earlier if you wish but as a first time mum, I will advice you go to hospital to see a doc and probably do a scan.
Have you done proper registration here and have you paid your dues?

We are 25wks+ 5/11 - baby doing all sorts of jangalover in my belle. Gained a sizable amount of weight which is very depressing as I was slim, lol.

It's management of social media pages belonging to brands/companies.
Its 100% work from home. All the person needs is a laptop and internet connection. It requires a dedicated person who is always online, writes well and is up-to-date with what's trendy on social media.

Before i start my rant, let me congratulate all mama that have offloaded... Fortius, Udoamama and all other mamas(sorry cant remember moniker now). May the lord bless your LO.

Rant Start....

So my male colleague just entered my office as usual today to disturb me. At first i didn't answer all his pranks until he made mentioned about how many weeks i have gone... He said and i quote (With his Gambia ascent) " You are 16 weeks right? I just replied... Biko Back to sender.... Na you go be 16 weeks.. You be my doctor abi? Oh...You want to use style to know how many weeks i am gone....lailai you no go know. I wonder why some men cant keep off....they can disturb me eh, like pushing their tummy in front to mimic the way i walk. Funny people.

End of Rant..

Matter arising

Catarrh has come back with full force ohh. All nose blocked and was also begging God on the bed yesterday to allow me get some sleep. Mama, i cant sleep comfortably on my left side ooo despite using many pillows, i still prefer my right side although i change often.

Closing Remarks

December mama, i hail oh... Who is experiencing what i posted above me, how did you cope and what method did you use.

2. No Pineapples, unripe pawpaw, Potash (but i use bicarbonate for okro and ewedu )

3. What of pregcare and the like...

4. Antenatal on or before 12 week...

5. Sleeping on left side but far away from his 'longi'

6. Scan (hope its not early for that)

7. Dunno ama gonna do registration and pay due...

I had same bitter taste during the last phase of 3rd trimester. It comes off and on. Guess its part of the package.
You can also test for malaria to be sure.
