She can also buy protein shakes so she can have them if she's in a place she cannot eat food and she should have them daily, make sure she have a good sleep too and avoid eating late, before she gets hungry late at night she should be asleep so the sleep will make her lazy to eat preventing her eating at night. and she needs to stop drinking anything cold and carbonated drinks. she also needs to exercise mind you if she's going to the hospital it has to be a general hospital. Funny enough she might me menstruating without the bleeding which get doctors confused sometimes cos if they take her urine sample they might tell her she's menstruating so all she has to do is to take note of her body every month, she should take note of the monthly pains and redness if her thighs, fuller breasts back pains and sleeplessness. Just a medical student and that is all i can advise. NOTE: MAKE HER USE "EVERY WOMAN" SHE WILL NEED IT TO BOOST HER HORMONE SYSTEM.

Well she should have no fear... as this is a common malpresentation seen.. this is termed as primary amenorrhea"failure to achieve menses"before the age of 16..the causes of this condition are diverse as she could have congenital uterine anomalies such as an imperforate hymen..she could also have chromosomal anomalies or gonadal dysgenesis known as the Turner's syndrome..deficiencies at the level of the hypothalamo -pituitary and ovarian axis...she should report to a teaching hospital where proper investigations will be carried out and definitive treatment instituted.

She has a serious case of hormonal imbalance. A visit to a teaching hospital like LUTH to see an endocrinologist will do. She will have to run a series of tests like checking the gonotropic hormone but it with be worthwhile.

1. Poorly formed reproductive organs.

Well she has primary amenorrhea, she would require services of a Gynaecologist, need to know all about her history and then she Wld be given told the cause of the primary amenorrhea. I think the surgery she did was a farce because that would really be of no help and then the uterus cannot be enlarged, none that I knw of medically.

5 REASONS THIS STORY MIGHT BE A MERE FICTION:

1. The claim that they saw a doctor, and the doctor recommended scan, at first, as against hormonal assay/profile.

2. The fact that hormonal assay was not seen as necessary by the so called doctor, because it was not mentioned in the story.

3. The claim that scan revealed that the womb (uterus) was small, and that the doctor surgically enlarged the womb. There's no such surgical procedure like that, at least in Nigeria here. ( I stand to be corrected).
