it is not inscribe in the holy qur'an or by any islamic law a girl at 13 most get married but you can get married from that above. Meaning once lady has stated menstrating she can get pregnant and does the bible ask christian ladies to get pregnant out of wedlock at same age 13,but we have seen many of them. Hope noted.
