alright, since you asked.
I basically just jump from task to task. Hobby to hobby, interest to interest.
I'm this week alone, the things I've done range from mental arithmetic to complex analysis to writing to making crude engineering designs to walking around a parked car over and over again for 3+ hours for no apparent reason. Not the most perfect week, but it'll hold.
