I have done a research on the pharmaceutical technology programs and I found out the three polytechnic that offers it......

Back to your analogy,both differs in terms of their work function but is complementary and as such none is higher than each other....
Anyways,thanks for the insight of polytechnic running a pharmaceutical technology programs
