Good evening mama's, can see lots of mama's want to know about the method of FP to use. Hmmmmn
I'll say be very careful with AFP, and if you must do? Make sure your Dr is good in the field, I mean run some tests to know the option best for you to avoid stories that touch the heart(talking from experience).
Will share my personal experience soon.

My end is fine o.

The heaviness is serious when I eat.
Food still stays in my throat.
The other day I ate carrot n vomited it in bright orange.
Took me and hour of thinking to remember it's d carrot.

I decided to stop eating too much or at all and guess what, mumsy said it's bad o
That baby feeds from me, that if I don't eat. Baby starts eating hair and that's what causes oka

O boi. .. afraid catch me.
So i rather eat and be heavy than have hair eating baby.

Buh on a second thought; how can baby eat hair sef
All this mama them know how to make someone fear and over feed sef.

In other news. Baby have me a jab at my ribs today o.
Hian beter jab o.

it's routine for your doctor to ask to see your nepple during examination! This is to check the colour of the areola and it's size, I think it's to see if your body is responding properly to changes Pregnancy hormones does in preparedness for the baby's arrival! It should be black or very darker than the rest skin tone.

They don't touch it! I was examined by a woman and she didn't touch it just asked me to bring out my boobi and it was only once throughout Pregnancy.

Seems like the doctor is a perv. Wetin concern nipples and belle? If it doesn't change, what will she do? If she was a lactation consultant then I will understand. Won't show any doctor my tips unless it's an ECG or breast exam.

These our mama's can be funny erh . Eat hair as how na Truth is, babies are parasites. They take whatever they need from the mother's without permission. So if you don't eat, baby takes food from the one your body stores . So if that keeps happening, it's taking a toll on the mother's health.....so try and feed well so baby will take its share and still leaves some for you too....

The kicks on your ribs are very normal oo. I had a lot of it btw 6months and 7months. ..some can be very painful .

It doesn't follow. For my first son, I was glowing. My hair was full and very long and my face was so smooth. For this my son, my hair is beautiful but I have horrible porkmarks on my face and even have a pregnancy nose.

Babies/pregnancies are different.
