The ever insecure Igbo man whose destiny is determined by the Yorubas who ever remain responsible for his misfortune.
You even had to lie again when the fact you are even quoting shows otherwise?

Igbos and propaganda, a curse sealed in hell.

Save for Enugu that is interjected by 2 states, all the SE states queue in series behind Lagos as the smallest states in Nigeria. As a region, the SE is not up to many states in the country.

I really do not know why the federal government fractured the 2 original states of Anambra and Imo into 5 states. Infact, the single South Eastern state as outlined by Gowon, is all that should have been retained instead of these villages that have resulted from over-fracturing.

Oyo state that is position 14 by size, is about as big as the whole of the SE region, talkless of 13 other states in the country.

Most ahithophels aka Yorubbas actually think Lagos is big especially when they bring SE in the equation. Not knowing that the smallest state in SE...Anambra is 3x of Lagos in actual landmass considering half of Lagos is water. If Lagos houses nearly 30 million today at only 20% usage of its actual landmass, Anambra will houses over 200 million at 20% usage of it landmass with existing high-rise building plan. It's currently only at 10% usage!

Quick facts for the Ahithophels

Israel is only the size of Cross river at roughly 20,770 km² yet powerful and successful.
Luxembourg is only 2,590 km² which half of Anambra yet successful.

You read or just commenting?. What is the different between the two.

CORRECTIONS. 1.North East has 6 States with 294,395 Sqkm. Jigawa state is not part of North East. 2. North West has 7 States with Jigawa inclusive and a total landmass of 216,065 sqkm.

which if they are create states again the north might still get more states due to land mass. and of course with that land mass, the north should have no business with starvation.

Of what use is the land mass if 70percent of it is yet to be developed after 55 years of independence . As they clamour for more states it creates room for more development within that geographical zone.

Good...

So according to your logic, who should be weeping for more states North or SE?

I am unaware when there had ever been a contest as per the underlined. It had always been in the public domain that Lagos has the smallest landmass in the country

It's not by landmass, let the southeast be allowed to govern their region, you would see that region outshining every country in Africa in next 10 years.
Note: Oil & gas is not will make this region super power but their human capacity and drive. They've been marginalized, land destroyed and buildings bombard, and their people killed during the civil war. They were the only region left out when Gowon brought about the indigenization decree of all foreign companies and yet they are outshining so many states with large landmass that as never experienced what the southeast region have been experiencing.

I give these set of people a salute to their courage to survive no matter the situation they find themselves.

God bless the Southeast (Abia, Anambra, Ebonyi, Enugu and Imo).

Switzerland is just roughly as big as Abia and Enugu States combined but has a GDP of $650 Billion

As Big as Nigeria is, it has a GDP of just $500 Billion.

Switzerland is far richer and more productive than Nigeria even though Switzerland has just a population of 8 million people.

The lesson here is that nobody cares about your landmass and population, it is all about what you have to offer.
