I'm not a Buhari sympathizer, and definitely not Musuveni's. It's terribly wrong to bring Uganda to Nigeria's comparison irrespective of Nigeria's current situation. You talk about electricity, Nigeria generated more power than any other African country before this administration took over (dunno about now). But it still didn'T suffice to provide 24/7 distribution, Nigeria is too big. So don't bring anY African country to Nigeria's comparison.
