A lot of us shouted ourselves hoarse on social media on the impending doom before the elections but the most of us were too blind to see beyond our noses because of bigotry and nepotism. Today, we have to suffer for the ignorance of the most of us because "Ignorance is no excuse".

The only hope for a united Nigeria is True Federalism. It can only get worse from here if the status quo remains.

That means I go port to diesel for cooking.

Buhari is the best thing to happen to Nigeria. APC is a blessing to us. Buhari till 2022. APC till 2050. Godbless Nigeria.

Its safer when the price of Kerosene is the same or less than the price of Petrol. With this we'll start seeing adulteration to increase profit leading to explosions. Users of Kerosene should test little quantities first before lighting up your stove/lantern

Wasn't subsidy removal meant to allow independent marketers sell at prices they deem fit; to allow healthy competition? Why are we still seeing a fixed amount up there?

It will come down with time. Right pricing is the only way to stimulate production. Instead of complaining we should start making stuff. And I'm sure the likes of Dangote are encouraged by this. At least he can take the risk that government will not baulk at public opinion and reverse tne reforms. Folks, we are suffering from decades of dis-investment and the chickens have come home to roost. Let us stomach it and not kick the can any further and become a Venezuela. Let us prove we are ready for investment.
