This picture had been posted on Facebook some months back and the real story was established. The picture is actually made by a make-up artist for a movie. The guy's name was also posted with the picture when but i have forgotten the guy's name. He was said to be a make-up artist that is really making waves

This seem to brutal for the school not to take immediate action against the teacher. And if this was done in a school and during school hours, how come the boy isn't wearing school uniform?
